Return Charges are to be borne by the customer. (Refer to Returns & Exchange Policy) 
Within 7 Days along with the tags in its original box packing along with the invoice. 

Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice. 

The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. We can also issue you a credit note if you choose to delay your purchase for the exchange items. The credit note is valid for up to 3 weeks. The item can be exchanged/swapped only once.

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:

• All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
    undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
• All items should be free of make – up or tan marks.
• Once the piece is thoroughly checked & meets our QC requirements only then we will be able to issue an exchange or credit note against the order.

Damage and Issues

Please Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
