Refund policy
We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect fit. If you would still like to swap your item for another size or style, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be sent back with the original tags, in the original box packing, along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece and size on the invoice.
Return charges are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges and credit notes
The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. If you prefer to delay your purchase, we can issue a credit note instead, valid for up to 3 weeks. An item can be exchanged or swapped only once.
Condition of returned items
- All items must have their original tags and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
- All items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
- Once the piece has been checked and meets our quality requirements, we will issue an exchange or credit note against the order.
Please note
- We do not accept refund or cancellation requests.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
- No exchange and no return on sale items.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
