Shipping policy
Every order has a delivery fee associated with it, depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view this information at checkout.
Once you place an order, your items are shipped within the time period mentioned alongside each style. The usual time to ship and deliver your package is 7 to 8 working days.
We work with some of India's largest logistics companies, so our coverage is bound by their reach. If your address is in a location they do not serve, we will contact you and do our best to find an alternative so your order reaches you.
Shipping options
- Ready to ship: garments are shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Express shipping: available within India, so your order is dispatched promptly and reaches you faster than standard shipping.
- Same day delivery: available at actual cost for residents of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
- Cash on delivery: available on eligible pin codes across India. You will see the option at checkout if your address qualifies.
Please note that during festivals, adverse weather conditions or other disruptions, your shipment may be delayed. We will always try our best to have your parcel delivered in good time.
International orders
International orders take a minimum of 14 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. For an international address or order, please DM or email us. Once payment is made and confirmed, we begin the shipping process.
Estimated delivery times are a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or destination customs clearance processes, and we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Shipping charges are additional, as per actuals.
Import duties
Any import duties applicable will be borne by the customer. ESTETH will not be responsible for these charges.
